Sorry to say, but I didn't get it.
Why did Allah made us?
If He made us to worship Him (as anybody might answer), He has limitless angels for only this reason.

but they dont worship by free will,
Allah created a makhlook with free will whose worship by free will in very short span of time is highly rewarded much more than those of years of worhips of the angles who are made for that purpose.
Its all about the test of free will. That is all my opinion in my limited knowledge and ponderance over the matter.
