can some one explain to me in which part of the arabic letter on that ayah refer to the meaning of ".....ONLY OF...." ?

"Rabbaka" is used before "fakabbir". This is known as 'taqdeem' (placing before) in Arabic. The normal sentence would be : 'Declare the Greatness of your Lord', but here 'Your Lord, declare (His) greatness' has been used. This taqdeem implies exclusivity, hence the 'only of'
