Assalam Alikum,
Ithink your website should not be totally dependent on youtube for the pple to b able to hear the lectures.Many websites are doing without themand you should be thinking of some alternate too in case youtube is banned like it is these days in many countries.

Where else is a good place to upload
Daily motion, youku, but other than that I don't know any website and these websites has very low upload or download speed

-use google chrome
-intsall google chrome extension "zenmate" . google it!
-youtube will run smooth InshaALLAH
