Assalam u alicum,
My question to brother Nauman is that i recently found some hadees in Shahi Bukhari which were little disturbing . I mean to say the hadees were contradicting with Quran and Prophet Muhammad PBUH personality..I would like to quote one hadees Vol1 Book4 Hadees 224"Narrated Hudhaifa:

Once the Prophet went to the dumps of some people and passed urine while standing. He then asked for water and so I brought it to him and he performed ablution"
Don't you think that it's a wrong hadees? kindly clarify.
